Cascapella is open to everyone, though primarily an adult group. Sessions aim to help develop your voice and provide an opportunity to sing with other people.

We sing songs from around the world and original material. We also perform every now and again.

Acappella singing on Saturday March 19th

Cascapella and GARTH have got together to put on a free singing day at the Friars Education Centre on Sauturday March 19th. "Newport's Big Sing" is a chance for you to have a go at singing some lovely songs guided by friendly tutors.

Mince Pies and Mulled Wine December 16th

hollyWe are having a Christmas gathering / sing song on December the 16th at Baneswell Community Centre.

 

There will be singing, mince pies and mulled wine as well as general festive merriment.

 

Starts at 7:30pm tickets costing £3 per person but includes a free mince pie and glass of mulled wine.

We will also be running a raffle with many exciting prizes to help us raise money for 2011.

Just a quick reminder to everyone that we will be starting and finishing slightly later this week.  Choir starts at 7:30pm and therefore finishes at 9:30pm.

Easter Break

Just wanted to make sure everyone was aware (remembers) that there will be no meetings over the Easter period.

 

The choir will break for Easter for two weeks, which means there will be no choir on Thursday1st and 8th April 2010.

 

Have a great weekend and don't eat too many chocolate eggs :)
