Hi everyone,

Further to this evening's discussion, Helen came up with the very brilliant and practical idea that we should simply meet at the Adult Education Centre on Charles Street for our warm up at 6:15pm on the 26th November 2009. From there, we can simply mosey on down to John Frost Square to sing at whatever time is applicable for the weather conditions.

We also thought that we could pay our normal subs and then make our way back to Baneswell Community Centre for the remainder of the time following the performance.

For anyone who cannot make it at this early time, I will have my 'phone on to tell you where we are. If I don't answer, we may have started the performance and you could meet us back at the Centre for normal practice.

Please let me know if anything is unclear or you need clarification and I will respond as soon as possible.
